For incarcerated women, we want them to feel remembered, beautiful, confident, and emotionally supported, safe to express who they are beyond their situation. It should feel like, "Someone out there genuinely cares about me." For penpals, we aim for meaningful, real connections, a sense of purpose, personal growth, and the joy of being someone’s light in a dark place.
